Swiff It is designed for individual job seekers to improve their career materials. Permitted uses include:

• Uploading and enhancing your own resume or CV with AI-powered suggestions.
• Generating cover letters tailored to specific job descriptions.
• Scoring your resume against applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Using the application tracker to manage your job search.
• Downloading your enhanced documents in PDF or DOCX format.
• Using salary intelligence and diagnostic tools for your own career planning.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

• Upload others' resumes without consent: You may only upload resumes and career documents that belong to you or for which you have explicit written authorization.
• Scrape or harvest data: Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract content, data, or information from the Service is prohibited.
• Automated or programmatic access: Accessing the Service through bots, scripts, or any automated means without our prior written permission.
• Upload malicious content: Uploading files that contain viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service.
