BEFORE YOU START
Two permissions, granted once
macOS asks for these the first time you launch Swiffit. Both are required for live coaching to work.
Microphone access
So Swiffit can hear your side of the conversation.
Screen-recording access
macOS requires this permission for system-audio capture (the other side of the call) and for the on-screen overlay.
SETUP
First run

Open the downloaded DMG and drag Swiffit into Applications.

Launch Swiffit and grant microphone and screen-recording access when macOS asks — both are required for live coaching.

Sign in with the account you bought with — no key needed. (Bought before accounts existed? Use “Have a license key instead?” on the sign-in screen.)

Swiffit checks for updates automatically — no manual reinstalling to stay current.
Stays up to date on its own
Swiffit checks for new versions automatically and installs them in the background — you won't need to come back to this page to reinstall.
Before your first call
Let call participants know you're using an AI assistant where your workplace or local rules require it. That responsibility is on you, not the app.
