Service status
How to check whether Swiffit is up, and what to do if something looks wrong.
We don't publish a real-time status page yet.
Swiffit is early-stage. We monitor service health internally via Vercel and Supabase dashboards plus Sentry alerts, but we haven't wired up an external status board (Statuspage, Better Stack, etc.). When we do, we'll link it here.
If something looks broken
- Check your network. A surprising amount of “Swiffit is down” reports turn out to be local Wi-Fi or VPN issues.
- Check Anthropic. Resume enhancement, scoring, and analysis depend on Anthropic's Claude API. Outages there cause our AI features to fail. Their status page is at status.anthropic.com.
- Check Supabase. Login, accounts, and storage live there. Their status page is at status.supabase.com.
- Check Vercel. The site itself is hosted on Vercel: vercel-status.com.
- Tell us. If those are all green and Swiffit still isn't working, that's on us — please let us know.
